Horses

A few weeks back we went to watch a horse show. I brought the D300 with the 70-200 to do some snaps. This was my first go, at a show like this. I wondered a bit about what to do, but just ended up deciding to go with the fastets possible shutterspeed.
I had to rely on the VR as the light wasn’t the best. I had to go up in iso as well. I wanted a shutter around 1/400 as the slowest. So I had to push the body a bit. Most of the time I had to use 200mm. I think the camera and lens did very good.
All shots have been added a bot of contrast with levels adjustment. Nothing fancy, very easy. Here are a few snaps from around 150 goodies.
